Nothing says "weekend" like selfmade pancakes for breakfast. Our smooth recipe will assist you whip them up in much less than 30 minutes. Making pancake batter from scratch is so easy that you may surprise why you in no way did it before!

Milk
Water
Egg
Butter (melted)
Vanilla essence
Maida (all purpose flour)
Baking powder
Salt
Cream
Seasonal fruits (chopped)

how to bake pancake?
Place milk, water, egg and 1 tbsp butter, and Vanilla essence in a bowl, beat nicely.
Sieve maida, baking powder and salt and fold into the mixture. Blend nicely until no lumps remain. Do now no longer over mix. Keep apart for 10 minutes.
Heat heavy backside nonstick pan, smear with little melted butter. Pour a ladle complete of batter and unfold gently to get a ¼ inch thick pancake.
When bubbles come on top, turn over and prepare dinner dinner the opposite side. Remove from pan and area it on a plate. Repeat with the relaxation of the batter and stack the pancakes at the plate.
Topping: Beat milk and cream. Add seasonal end result.
Serve it at the side of Pancake or pour over every serving.
Note:-
Other toppings like Maple Syrup. Honey, Chocolate syrup, cream, and sparkling end result may be served with pancakes.
